Fees

Prices apply per person and include the participation in the two-day summit, food, the excursion and the evening event.

You may cancel your registration free of charge up to two months before the event. After that, 50% of the paid amount will be charged for administrative expenses. A substitute participant can be designated until eight days prior to the event without additional costs. In the case of a cancellation seven days before the event, participation fee will be fully charged.
